“Thank you Lancaster County Career & Technology Center – Brownstown Campus!
The Brownstown CTC Construction Class, led by instructor James Smith, built five new kiosks to be placed on various Lancaster County Conservancy preserves for vital visitor information and education. Facilitated by Brownstown CTC principal, Michael DelPriore, the five new kiosks are in addition to four kiosks built by Brownstown CTC students for the Lancaster County Conservancy in previous years. Although not their biggest, nor most complicated project (just this year the class also built a tiny, mobile house!), the Construction Class built the new kiosks with professional care and quality. Lumber for this project was graciously provided, at cost, by GR Mitchell Inc. Thank you to all of our partners in engaging youth with valuable trade education and environmental stewardship!”
