The Lancaster Conservancy is pleased to announce the release of an RFP for Professional Services for the Shenks Ferry Trail Reclamation and Pedestrian Bridge Construction Project, at their Shenks Ferry Nature Preserve located in Conestoga Township, Lancaster County, PA. The project elements include approximately 1600 feet of trail reclamation, and the removal of existing temporary drainage/crossing structures across an unnamed stream and replacement with an engineered permanent pedestrian bridge. This RFP is for Professional Services for the necessary field data collection, design, engineering and permitting needed to perform the future construction of these elements.
